- A photo if it's a damage or fit issue

- Email: within 1 business day; most replies go out within a few hours during business hours.
- Phone: rings through to a person during business hours; voicemail outside hours is returned the next business day.
- Damage on arrival: email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we ship a replacement right away.
