  • A brief description of what's happening
  • A photo if it's a damage or fit issue

If you're writing before you buy, just tell us what you're trying to figure out — sizing, fit, or how the leakproof layer works — and we'll help you decide whether Freely is right for you.

Response time

  • Email: within 1 business day; most replies go out within a few hours during business hours.
  • Phone: rings through to a person during business hours; voicemail outside hours is returned the next business day.
  • Damage on arrival: email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we ship a replacement right away.
