Shipping Policy
Plain-English opener
We ship across the continental US for free. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days, and total time from order to your door is typically 5 to 10 calendar days. Every product page shows an estimated delivery window so you know what to expect before checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are available with the exact rate calculated at checkout. We do not yet ship internationally.
Where we ship
- Continental US (48 states): Free · 5–10 calendar days.
- Alaska & Hawaii: calculated at checkout (never billed afterward) · add roughly 3–7 business days.
- Puerto Rico: calculated at checkout · add roughly 5–10 business days.
- US military APO / FPO: calculated at checkout · standard military mail transit applies.
- International (outside US territories): not available yet.
The window shown on each product page already includes both handling and carrier transit.
Handling time
1 to 2 business days from order placement to carrier handoff. Orders placed Monday–Friday before noon Eastern usually move the same business day. Weekend and US federal-holiday orders move on the next business day. High-volume periods may add 1 to 2 business days — we post a banner on the site when that's active.
Carriers & tracking
Most Freely orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your ZIP code. You receive a tracking email the moment the carrier label is generated — usually within a few hours of order placement. If you don't see a tracking email within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email support@freelyshop.co with your order number.
Addresses we can and cannot ship to
- Residential and business addresses: yes.
- PO Boxes: accepted.
- Freight forwarders: no. If a freight-forwarder address is detected, we cancel and refund the order in full.
If something goes wrong
- Marked delivered but missing: contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. We open a carrier investigation and ship a replacement once loss is confirmed.
- Damaged or defective on arrival: email a photo to support@freelyshop.co and we replace it at no cost — no need to ship the item back.
- Wrong item received: email your order number and a photo and we'll send the correct item right away.
- Tracking not updating for 5+ business days: email or call us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Address changes
We can update an address until the carrier label is printed (usually within a few hours of order). After that the carrier controls any redirect — we can request it on your behalf, but carrier redirect fees may apply. Contact us as soon as possible.
