Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or shipment to a freight forwarder — and if we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own terms and can be modified or ended at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Our product

Freely Leakproof Underwear is reusable, washable apparel. We describe it as accurately as we can, and we strive to show colors and details faithfully, but slight variation between screens and physical product is normal. Sizing varies by body — please use the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Freely Leakproof Underwear is a consumer apparel product. It is not a medical device. It is designed to help with light bladder leaks as everyday underwear, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent incontinence or any medical condition. If you have a medical concern about bladder leakage, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Individual experience varies, and any customer comments shown on this site are individual opinions, not guarantees of a particular result.

Returns & guarantee

Our 60-day comfort guarantee and the rules for worn vs. unworn items are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which is part of these terms.

Quality guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship. If an item has a genuine manufacturing defect (for example a failed seam or leakproof layer) under normal use, contact us and we'll replace it. This does not cover ordinary wear, damage from misuse, or failure to follow the care instructions.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, product designs, photography, and copy published under the Freely brand are owned by Exotix Creators LLC or licensed to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exotix Creators LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law
