Plain-English opener
You have 60 days from the day your Freely Leakproof Underwear arrives to try it and decide. If the fit isn't right, or it simply isn't for you, we'll make it right — a size exchange, store credit, or a refund. We don't make you fill out a questionnaire, and we don't argue. Because this is intimate apparel, the way a return works depends on whether the item has been worn, and the rules below explain exactly how.
The 60-day comfort guarantee
The trial begins on the delivery date recorded by the carrier (the scan that shows your package was delivered) and ends 60 calendar days later at 11:59 PM in your local time zone. Within that window you are covered by the options below.
Unworn items in original packaging
If a pack is unworn, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with any hygiene seal intact, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days. Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label — you do not pay return shipping.
Worn or opened items — how the guarantee still works
For health and hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn, washed, or removed from its sealed packaging cannot be returned or resold, so we don't ask you to ship it back. Instead, if you're inside the 60-day window and not happy, contact us and we'll make it right with one of the following, at our reasonable discretion:
- a size or color exchange (the most common fix — most issues are sizing);
- store credit toward a different pack; or
- a refund on the unworn portion of your order.
We'd rather you end up with underwear that actually fits than with a refund and a bad memory of the brand.
Wrong size? Start here
Sizing is the number-one reason people reach out. Before you buy, check the size guide on the product page. If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 60 days and we'll arrange an exchange. The first exchange is on us.
Defective or damaged on arrival
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect — a failed seam, a faulty leakproof layer, a hole, or the wrong item — that's on us, not a return:
- Email support@freelyshop.co within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
- We ship a replacement at no cost. You don't need to send the defective item back.

#orFR-), or call (307) 441-9616 during business hours. - Tell us in a sentence what's not working — size, fit, or a defect.
- We reply within 1 business day with the exchange, credit, prepaid label, or refund.
Refund timing
Once a refund is approved (and, for unworn returns, once the item is scanned into the carrier network), we process it within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer typically posts it within an additional 3–10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method — we can't refund to a different card or account. There is no restocking fee.
What gets refunded
- The full product price you paid for eligible items.
- Original shipping cost — for continental US orders that was $0; for AK / HI / PR the original shipping fee is also refunded on a full return.
Canceling before shipment
Changed your mind before your order ships? Email or call us. We can usually cancel within 1–2 business days of order placement, before the handling window closes, and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once a carrier label has been generated, the order has to ship and be handled as a standard return.
Items not eligible
- Worn or washed items, for the hygiene reasons above (covered instead by exchange / credit / partial refund).
- Orders purchased through resellers or third-party marketplaces — those are subject to that seller's policy, not ours.
- Gift cards.
